Qualifications

• Must hold a Kansas RN license.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff assignments and resident care supervision.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Document care and maintain accurate nursing records.
• Coordinate with DON and consultants on care plan updates.
• Address complaints and report to the DON.
• Daily resident checks to monitor treatments and wellbeing.
• Handover nursing reports at shift changes.
