Job summary

Hamden Rehabilitation & Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our per diem nursing team. You will cover summer and winter holidays and two shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift, ensuring high-quality resident care in a warm, team‑oriented environment.

CT RN License is required and LTC supervising experience is preferred. We offer competitive rates, a great work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CT RN License is required.
• LTC Supervising experience, 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities

• RN Supervisor duties for per diem staff, ensuring quality resident care and adherence to facility policies.
• Coordinate summer and winter holiday coverage; two shifts per month with at least one weekend shift.
