Job summary

Hamden Rehabilitation & Health Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on a per diem basis. Per diem staff work one summer and winter holiday, and two shifts per month, with one on the weekend.

Candidates must hold a CT RN license and have LTC supervising experience (minimum 1 year). Hamden Rehab & Health is an equal opportunity employer.
