• Communicate with physicians and care team about patient status.
• Follow medication reconciliation and safety policies.
• Ensure crash cart readiness and equipment supplies.
• Maintain infection control practices and PPE use.
• Handover thorough shift-change reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with tests and procedures with proper time-outs.
• Prevent injuries via safe patient handling and environment.
• Document medications accurately in MAR and Pyxis.
• Recognize abuse signs and report as required.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
