Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Secure Residential facilities. The role involves coordinating psychiatric treatment, administering medications, and maintaining trauma-informed care across shifts.

The RN will document care in the EHR, collaborate with medical staff, and support resident reintegration using a holistic approach. Per diem schedule with a minimum of four shifts per quarter, site and shift differentials totaling $5.00/hour on base pay, and on-site responsibilities at

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• QMHP/QMHA credentialing possible per OAR 309-016-0005 with related education.
• Experience: two years in inpatient/outpatient clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and documentation.
• Create and implement Nursing Care Plans.
• Administer PRN medications after assessment.
• Coordinate treatment per physician orders and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with medical staff, pharmacy, and labs for continuity of care.
• Lead resident nursing groups and participate in care conferences.
• Maintain compliant electronic health records.
