Summit Home Care is actively seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) in STATEN ISLAND to improve patient well‑being and support their own growth. Nurses with hospital experience and available off‑time can supplement income; cases are located in STATEN ISLAND and surrounding areas.

The per‑visit rate is the effective pay, with flexible scheduling and paperless documentation. We value clinical excellence and patient advocacy, with opportunities for ongoing education and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nursing License.
• Documentation-ready: Government ID, Social Security Card, Work Authorization.
• Two reference letters and recent physical examination results.
• TB screening (Quantiferon preferred) and Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.

Responsibilities

• Execute Medication Administration and Treatments as per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients closely, providing detailed condition reports.
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with provided orders.
