Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia with PCU experience in the last 4 years.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
• Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test.
• Additional credentials may be required by facilities.

Job description

We are seeking experienced PCU Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in hospital settings within Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Responsibilities include:

assessing and monitoring patient conditions, managing cardiac rhythms, administering medications and IV therapies, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring infection control and patient safety, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications:

active Virginia RN license, at least 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years, current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test, COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption, and additional credentials as required by facilities.

Skills & Attributes:

adaptability to different hospital units, strong assessment and communication skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
