Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• PALS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations and learning systems that offer courses from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to meet patient care outcomes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and appropriate supplies; operate equipment as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and peers to support service excellence and a healing environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
