Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an RN to join the per diem pool for Doylestown Dermatology/Fox Chase as an outpatient care provider during physician visits or telephone encounters. The RN assesses, plans, and evaluates care under the supervision of a licensed clinician, using nursing processes to tailor patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating with patients and families, directing support staff, and adhering to nursing standards and department policies.

Qualifications

• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• BLS required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 2 years experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• General experience in case management preferred.
• Multistate Compact RN license required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Care for outpatients during physician visits or telephone encounters.
• Assess, implement and evaluate patient care under supervision of licensed clinician.
• Collaborate with patient/family and care team to individualize care.
• Direct nursing support staff and adhere to standards and policies.
