Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (home care experience a plus).
• Active CT RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Physical exam within the past 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients with complex needs.
• Conduct RN visits and/or 8-12-hour shifts.
