Job summary

Birds Eye Medical in Washington State is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses to join our Mobile Immunization Team. You will administer childhood vaccines, assess health histories, educate patients, and help coordinate care across schools, clinics, and community sites.

Training for vaccines may be provided as needed, and travel is reimbursed where applicable. The role offers flexible per diem shifts with compensation including hourly wages, mileage reimbursement, and per diem pay for overnight

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year RN experience (acute care preferred)
• Ability to vaccinate both pediatric and adult populations (18 months+)

Responsibilities

• Administering childhood immunizations (training provided)
• Conduct health assessments and review immunization histories
• Create vaccination plans and educate patients
• Offer referrals to community health resources
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners
• Support clinic set-up and tear-down
• Lead and oversee CMAs, LPNs, scribes and other staff
• Manage patient flow and monitor for adverse reactions
