Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care, medications, injections, treatments, and other procedures to selected clients as authorized by hospital policy, licensure, and standards of practice.
• Educates clients on healthy lifestyle choices, diagnoses, medication, actions and reactions, both individually and in group settings.
• Schedules and coordinates medical appointments for clients
• Routinely consults with the respective Psychiatrists regarding treatment, medications, etc.
• Coordinates and performs weekly blood draws for clients.
• Monitors, reconciles, and approves all pharmacy and lab invoicing.
