Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per Diem RN at The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation in Cambridge, MA. You will deliver patient care in a flexible, rotating schedule and contribute to patient-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

• Provide, evaluate, and modify nursing care to achieve objectives.
• Complete patient care documentation per established standards.

• Coordinate nursing care activities with other care team members.
• Assess patient education needs and provide necessary information.
• Mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed.
• Actively participate in team conferences and meetings.
