Brich Healthcare Center is seeking a per diem RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care and fill clinical coverage as part of our nursing team in New Hampshire. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure safe, responsive care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program, an active license in the state, and CPR certification, with prior long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care within applicable license scope of practice.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support resident safety, dignity, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
