Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and provide nursing care.
• Oversee nursing care of residents and assist living areas.
• Administer medications and document observations.
• Develop and update patient care plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly scheduling and ensure safety and comfort for residents.
