Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, OR is seeking a per diem LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse to join the treatment team. The role focuses on admission assessments, vital signs, medication support, and coordination with medical providers within a residential program for eating disorders.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital signs and documents findings in nursing notes.
• Monitors patient progress and supports treatment team.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Educates and supports safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates lab specimen collection and follows up on results.
• Maintains accurate MAR and medication placement.
