Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess nursing needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions.
• Record vital signs and patient information accurately.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to plan and evaluate care.
• Modify treatment plans as patients respond and conditions change.
