Job summary

North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community located in Needham, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Home Health per diem, paid per hour. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation as well as State and federal home health care regulations
• Responsible for patient evaluation, assessment, treatment, preventative care, patient teaching, and documentation of services provided according to a physician’s order plan
• Directs Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in patient care tasks
• Performs patient assessments and develops and evaluates patient care plans
