Job summary

Gardenview Homecare is seeking per diem Registered Nurses to visit patients in New Jersey, primarily in the Trenton area. The role is described as a part-time position with on-site patient visits.

The RN must hold a current New Jersey RN license, have a valid driver's license, and be capable of independent work with strong communication skills. 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience and LHCSA exposure are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient at start of care to develop a plan of care
• Initiate plan of care and adjust as patient needs evolve
• Evaluate patients in their homes
• Instruct and advise patients and families and home health aides
• Reassess patients every two months and supervise aides
