Job summary

United Methodist Communities seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for home care on a per diem basis in New Jersey. This fixed weekly shift runs Thursdays, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, at $40.00 per hour, with steady hours and no full caseload.

You will visit clients at home delivering person-centered nursing care, document care for continuity, and respond with professionalism. The role serves Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Sussex, Union and Warren counties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Two years of home care experience.
• Current flu vaccination (medical/religious exemptions considered).
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to deliver person-centered nursing care.
• Complete accurate documentation to support continuity of care.
• Respond to client needs with professionalism and compassion.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and support their quality of life.
