Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to join a per diem float pool, delivering direct patient care across multiple hospital locations in Pennsylvania.

You will perform assessments, develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams, administer treatments and medications, and monitor patient responses.

Requirements include current RN licensure, at least 1 year of bedside experience (including float or travel), and flexibility for day/night rotations across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bedside nursing experience, including float or travel assignments.
• Current nursing license and any specialty training completed.
• Ability to work day and night shifts across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct patient care and administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests per policies.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare team to address patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
