Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, updates care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and promotes a culture of safety.
• Administers medications and therapies per clinical protocols when appropriate.
• Floating to other units as needed within the service area.
