Job summary
MUSC Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care under supervision, using the nursing process to deliver safe and effective care. The role supports multiple units including Med Surg/Tele/Ambulatory Care, OR/PACU/Cath Lab, ED and Neurology/CCU, with requirements such as weekend or night shifts.
Applicants must hold a South Carolina RN license, BLS certification (AHA), and be graduates of an accredited nursing program.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current South Carolina or compact state RN license is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver safe and effective care and interact with the health care team to achieve results.
- Work in assigned units (Med Surg/Tele/Ambulatory Care, OR/PACU/Cath Lab, Emergency Dept., Neurology & Critical Care) and meet scheduling requirements including weekends/nights.
