The role offers a guaranteed $50 per hour with up to $4 more per hour for evenings, nights, and weekends. You control your schedule by choosing day, evening, or night shifts available across several counties.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts you've agreed to.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Complete accurate documentation to support continuity of care.
• Build real relationships with residents while collaborating with the care team.
