Qualifications

• Active RN license and registration required.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication skills in English, bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various assessments to identify patient-centered care needs.
• Create a plan of care based on the assessment and patient’s needs.
• Serve as an advocate for the patient.
• Educate patients and caregivers for safe patient care.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Skills
