Job summary

Summit Home Care is actively seeking dedicated per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) with a NYS license to care for patients across NYC boroughs and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to supplement income with meaningful patient care.

The pay rate is $75 to $100 per visit, with a variety of adult and pediatric cases. Paperless documentation and ongoing respiratory training support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nursing License.
• Documentation Ready: Government ID, Social Security Card, Work Authorization.
• Provide 2 reference letters and recent physical examination results.
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred) and Rubella & Rubeola lab work.

Responsibilities

• Execute Medication Administration and Treatments as per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients closely, providing detailed condition reports.
• Maintain accurate records in alignment with provided orders.
