Job summary
Allegiance Home Health and Rehab in Florida is seeking qualified Registered Nurses with home health experience to care for patients in their homes. Offices in Stuart, Boca Raton, and Plantation support Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.
RNs perform starts-of-care, resumptions-of-care, re-certifications, and discharges, with competitive per-diem pay. Candidates must have a valid RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and pass health/background
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and CPR certification required.
- Experience in home health care preferred.
- Unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Background checks and health assessments required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive client assessments (OASIS).
- Perform starts-of-care, resumptions-of-care, re-certifications and discharges.
- Provide nursing care per established standards and objectives.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure infection control practices.
