Job summary

Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland, MA is seeking per diem Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff. Weekly pay ranges from $42 to $47 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities include maintaining care plans, administering medications, documenting records, and ensuring high-quality resident care. New graduates welcome and CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a nursing degree from an accredited school.
• CPR certification required.
• Current RN license in the state, or in process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain quality care.
• Maintain and update resident care plans for all residents under care.
• Administer medications according to procedures and physician orders.
• Document nursing notes and transcribe orders promptly and accurately.
• Visit residents daily to assess needs and respond to concerns.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident health information.
