The successful candidate will work day shifts in a multi-hospital system, delivering high-quality care close to home in South Jersey.

• Performs an initial assessment of the patient to develop, implement and evaluate a care plan.
• Administers, monitors and documents therapeutic interventions.
• Manages rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Participates in clinical decision-making.
• Educates patient and family about disease, care needs, wellness and safety.
• Delegates and monitors care by other nursing staff.
• Maintains standard precautions and patient safety.
• Participates in orientation and development of healthcare team.
• Identifies and participates in performance improvement activities.
