Qualifications

• RN license or license eligible.
• BLS certification required.
• Three years of Case Management experience.
• ACLS or PALS certifications relevant to the department may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of a designated group of patients or provide nursing care and identified clinical tasks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives and support evidence-based practice.
