Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams in a fast-paced clinical setting committed to recovery. Ideal candidates hold a BSN and an active California RN license, with 3+ years in behavioral health or related outpatient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required and CA RN license active.
• 3+ years in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related settings.
• Experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and relapse prevention.
• Commitment to integrative and holistic treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Perform nursing assessments, monitor status, and document observations.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness and side effects.
• Maintain compliant medical records and care plans.
• Coordinate with medical, therapy, and case management teams.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Support a patient-centered, holistic treatment environment.
