This per diem pharmacist role offers a rewarding opportunity to support patient care with a focus on specialty pharmacy services in Cold Spring, MN. Location:

• Cold Spring, Minnesota

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and provide consultation in a retail and long-term care environment
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Conduct immunizations and patient health screenings
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management (MTM)
• Maintain patient records and provide education on medication use
