Job summary
Soliant is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to cover a per diem assignment in Champaign, IL. The role runs Sept 15–16 from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting daily pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
Requirements include CPhT certification and an active Illinois license with at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Experience with Pioneer Rx is a plus, and compensation ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 per hour plus healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and retail experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
- Active Illinois pharmacy technician license required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering patient information and prescription orders into the pharmacy computer system.
- Assisting with the dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Managing and ordering over-the-counter (OTC) inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborating with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and facilitate timely prescription processing.
