Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I on a per diem basis to support pharmacists across Swedish Hospital, Niles Infusion Center, and Arlington Heights locations. You will assist with dispensing, entering prescriptions, filing paperwork, and daily closing procedures.

Rotating shifts from 0700 to 1800; weekends may be required; travel between sites as needed. Must hold an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Illinois Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
CPhT preferred; certification within two years of licensure.

Responsibilities

Prepares, fills and labels medications for final dispensing authorization by Pharmacists.
Prepares unit doses and fills automated medication stations promptly.
Conducts rounds to nursing units and prepares medications for transport.
Performs pharmacy-related tasks to maintain efficiency and organization.
Maintains pharmacy inventory of RX and OTC supplies.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
