Job summary

Main Line Health’s Bryn Mawr Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for weekend coverage. You will deliver high-quality respiratory care, assess patients, and apply invasive and noninvasive therapies, collaborating with physicians and the care team to tailor plans.

Minimum 600 hours of clinical experience, completion of a CoARC-accredited program, and an active RRT/registry-eligibility are required, with PA licensure or temporary permit and BLS certifications expected.

Qualifications

• 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Graduate of a CoARC accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• PA state licensure or temporary permit required.
• Provider BLS (AHA/American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care including invasive and noninvasive modalities.
• Assess patients and facilitate appropriate care and diagnostic modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, family, nurses, and care staff across departments.
