Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent, graduate of an AMA approved respiratory therapy program.
• Registered through NBRC.
• Licensed in the state of PA or valid temporary license and Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Certified in BLS.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory treatment modalities in conformance with established policies and procedures. Communicates appropriate information so that continuity of care can be provided.
• Delivers and delegates respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients with sound judgement.
• Charts precise observations via Focus Charting and e-MARs, and completes forms accurately and timely.
• Identifies multidisciplinary approaches to facilitate delivery of care.
• Seeks knowledge related to patient’s condition and reflects this in care and documentation and team conference.
