Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking Per Diem Residential Support Specialists to support adults in ACCS residential programs. You will assist with daily living, health monitoring, and community activities, on a flexible per diem basis.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and compensation is a competitive hourly rate. Join a team guided by the HEART values and help enhance quality of life for individuals served in Western Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Human services experience preferred but not required; training provided by BHN.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Support quality of life through empowerment, safety, respect and dignity.
• Monitor health and assist with medication administration.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
• Help individuals maintain social supports and community connections.
• Plan and provide community activity opportunities.
• Complete shift summaries and required documentation promptly.
• Provide safe transportation using your own vehicle as needed.
• Assist with meals and household maintenance.
• Attend required trainings and in-services.
