Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Health, Inc. in Portsmouth, RI is seeking a Residential Relief Worker to provide direct service and supervise daily living skills for residents in a group home for individuals with long-term mental illness.

The role is per diem, with 24/7/365 coverage and an starting wage of $20 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift hours. A high school diploma is required and a valid driver's license is preferred for transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the human services field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and provide a safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide intensive education, training and modeling in basic living skills and social skills (budgeting, needs vs. wants).
• Coordinate and monitor medical, dental and psychiatric services.
• Produce, complete, and maintain billing forms, logs, data collection forms, clinical documentation and client records in accordance with Thrive standards and state and federal regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and basic behavioral program implementation.
• Transport clients.
• Review e-mail account daily for new messages.
• Carry and uphold Thrive image and professional ethics.
