Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in Machias, ME is hiring a Per-Diem Rehab Tech for our sub-acute/ skilled nursing facility. You will assist Rehabilitation Staff with patient activities, transports, and preparation for therapy, while maintaining HIPAA and OSHA standards.

The role supports therapists with treatment activities, documentation, and clerical tasks, with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and reliable attendance.

• Demonstrate regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Rehabilitation staff with patient-related activities.
• Transport patients to and from the rehabilitation department and assist with transfers.
• Prepare patients for therapy as directed by supervising therapist.
• Maintain rehabilitation area and equipment in a clean, safe state.
• Complete documentation of direct/indirect time and reports as required.
