Jefferson Magee Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Rehab Aide for per diem shifts at the Philadelphia, PA campus. The role supports therapists, helps prepare patients and environments for treatments, and may work in acute, subacute, or outpatient settings under supervision.

Responsibilities include transporting patients, keeping areas clean, and handling basic clerical tasks. CPR certification and a high school diploma are required. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 0-2 years of experience, 1 year preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and environment for treatments under supervision of licensed therapy professionals.
• Transports patients to treatment areas and ensures timely arrival.
• Assists therapists with treatment, in groups or individual settings, following departmental policies.
• Maintains clean and ready treatment areas and equipment per hospital procedures.
• Documents attendance, fees, and session details; communicates clearly with therapists and supervisors.
• Performs clerical duties to support daily operations.
