Job summary

Kaweah Health is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in patient care and to perform clerical and non-clinical tasks within the Therapies department. This role requires Heartsaver AED certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience preferred.

The Rehab Aide will assist with patient setup, documentation, and equipment preparation, while maintaining safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical environment at Kaweah Health’s Visalia campus.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assists therapists in patient care under direct supervision; monitors patient response and documents accordingly.
• Clerical: Performs clerical and non-clinical duties within the department.
• Equipment & safety: Maintains and safeguards equipment and supplies; reports malfunctions.
• Team & confidentiality: Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in Kaweah Health workflows.
