Job summary

FirstChoice travel Health Care Professionals is seeking RN travelers for the night shift at Trinity Health Grand Rapids. This part‑time assignment offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to float across hospital locations as needed.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, valid RN licensure in Michigan, at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg, Telemetry or PCU experience, and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 36 hours in 6 weeks.
• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations.
• Demonstrate professional practice elements: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement outcomes.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes.
