Description: The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized care to critically ill or injured patients, closely monitoring their condition and administering treatments. Responsibilities include managing life-support equipment, administering medications, collaborating with physicians to develop and implement care plans, assessing patient status, providing emotional support to families, and ensuring patient safety in high-pressure environments. ICU nurses often respond to emergencies and life-threatening situations.

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver care to critically ill patients across all age groups.
• Cares for a variety of diagnoses, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases.
• Maintain professional nursing standards.
• Supervise CNA/SNA, LPN, or other healthcare workers as assigned.
