Job summary
Fort Lauderdale Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, develop and evaluate plans of care, and participate in education and quality improvement activities within a dynamic rehabilitation and skilled nursing environment.
The position offers per diem compensation with training and support to help you excel.
Responsibilities
- Develops and evaluates plans of care for patients
- Documents patient care on all appropriate forms
- Provides patient education to promote independence and wellness
- Participates in Quality Improvement processes to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participates in unit staff meetings and unit-based clinical conferences
- Represents the clinical unit on committees and submits annual records of continuing education
- Performs the responsibilities of charge nurse and preceptor as assigned
- Performs related duties as required
