Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem case work in Sellersville. You will provide in-home nursing care, with shifts including Thursday/Friday overnights 10pm-6am and Sundays 7:30AM-3:30PM, while maintaining an active RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Provide high-quality in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Document patient care using the electronic system/tablet in each patient’s home.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to ensure positive clinical outcomes.
