Select Medical in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a per diem role. The position offers $40 per hour and requires current RD licensure and registration. You will perform nutritional assessments, develop nutrition plans, and collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care.

Expect an extensive orientation program, with potential pathways to full-time opportunities. You will join a large team dedicated to quality inpatient nutrition support and patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Current state licensure/certification as required by state.
• Registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration must be current.
• One year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality nutritional care to patients, including development, implementation and monitoring of Medical Nutrition Therapies.
• Develop and monitor enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support regimens.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff, patients, families and food service to ensure nutrition care plans are implemented.
• Perform nutritional assessments and re-assessments, identifying goals and monitoring progress.
• Clarify orders to ensure nutrition support and diet plans are consistent with formulary and diet manual.
