Job Description:

We are seeking licensed and fully compliant Dental Hygienists to join our Per Diem workforce in Georgia as part of the client's Program launch. This role supports various dental practices by covering staffing needs such as call-offs, paid time off (PTO), and other temporary gaps. Shifts will vary in duration from a single day to several weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings, exams, and oral health education
• Conduct patient screenings and assist in diagnostic procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to the client's clinical protocols and safety standards
• Use in-house technology to accept and confirm shifts in real-time

Requirements:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Prior experience in multi-site or Per Diem settings is a plus

This flexible role is ideal for professionals who want to support dental teams during staff absences such as PTO, leaves, and emergencies. Shift lengths vary and are assigned as needs arise.

Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Manage patient flow and comfort in the dental chair
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Utilize the client's technology platform to accept shift assignments in real time

Requirements:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent credentials as required by Georgia
