Job summary

Spindle is seeking Per Diem Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support flexible, as-needed hours in the Huntsville, AL area. This position offers school-based opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact while maintaining your own schedule.

Candidates should be actively RBT certified and experienced with children who have behavioral needs, crisis intervention, and positive behavior supports.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with behavioral needs.
• Comfortable with crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Experience with positive behavior interventions.
• Comfortable supporting elopement and physical aggression.
• Comfortable with toileting/diapering assistance.
• Dependable, patient and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide RBT services on a per diem basis in Huntsville, AL.
• Support school-based opportunities and flexible scheduling.
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and data collection.
• Respond to crisis situations and help de-escalate when needed.
• Work with families and school staff to support client goals.
