Job summary

Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for per diem shifts. You will operate radiographic equipment, follow imaging protocols, and ensure ALARA principles to deliver quality scans.

Responsibilities include documenting in radiology systems, participating in quality initiatives, and supporting education for radiology students. ARRT registration, Florida license, and BLS certification are required, with 2 years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited, competency based program in radiologic technology.
• 2 years' experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• ARRT registered, Florida license, and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment following manufacturer specs and exam protocols.
• Obtain optimum diagnostic imaging following ALARA principles.
• Document timely in radiology computer systems; participate in quality initiatives.
• Performs other duties, including precepting radiology students, as assigned.
