Job summary

SCA Health in Connecticut seeks a Per Diem Radiology Tech to support our Surgical Operating Room teams. The role focuses on intraoperative C-ARM operations, radiographic procedures, and adherence to radiation safety standards in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited radiology program, ARRT certification as required by state, and BLS-CPR certification within 90 days. Per diem schedule offers flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT certification as required by state.
• CPR (BLS) within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Radiology tech certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Run C-ARM intraoperatively during surgical procedures.
• Perform radiographic procedures.
• May handle radiation safety officer and/or life skills officer duties.
• Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
